Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.
How it works
Sign in and go to Profile & settings. Under 'Delete account' you confirm the deletion. Your account and data are immediately removed from the active database.
Export first
Want to keep a copy of your data? Use 'Download my data' in your account settings first.
No access anymore?
Can't sign in anymore? Send us a message through the contact form from your account's email address. We will verify your request and delete your account within 30 days.
