What does Primal Ember cost?
Primal Ember is free at launch. Any premium features will come later and will always be optional.
Who is Primal Ember for?
For all adult women, regardless of age, body type, training level or life stage.
Do I have to track my cycle or weight?
No. All health tracking is optional. You can use the app fully without cycle or body data.
Who can see my journal and health data?
Only you. This data is private by default and is never shared automatically, not even with moderators.
Is Primal Ember a medical app?
No. We offer education and self-tracking tools. We do not diagnose and the app is not suitable as contraception.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. In your account settings you can export your data and permanently delete your account.
Is there a mobile app?
Primal Ember is a Progressive Web App: you can add it to your home screen from your browser on phone, tablet and computer.
