Use of the platform
Primal Ember is intended for adults (18+). You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your login details secret.
No medical advice
The content and features of Primal Ember are intended for education and self-tracking. They do not replace medical, psychological, nutritional or addiction care advice. The app does not diagnose and is not suitable as contraception. If in doubt or if you have symptoms, always consult a healthcare professional.
Training and exercise
Train within your own limits. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort, and consult a doctor if you have a condition, are pregnant or are recovering from an injury or childbirth.
Community
Additional community rules apply to the community. We may remove content and restrict accounts in case of violations. You can appeal moderation decisions.
Costs
Primal Ember is free at launch. Any paid features will be clearly communicated in advance and are never mandatory.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time in your account settings.
Changes
We may change these terms. For material changes we will inform you in advance and ask for your agreement again where required.
